This Friday, I’ll be speaking at a special session on Corona at the Global Mobile Internet Conference.

Over 5,000+ developers, entrepreneurs, and executives from over 40 countries will be attending. This is Asia’s most influential mobile conference. Some of the hottest startups and companies from around the world will be attending. And yes, when I say hot startups, I of course include us :-)

What’s really exciting is how international this conference is going to be. It’s a reflection of how incredibly global this whole mobile transformation has become. And I like to think our community has been at the epicenter of this transformation all along β€” we’re from all corners of the world, from all walks of life, making the world’s best apps!

So, what are we going to talk about?

Well, there’s the usual stuff like how Corona lets you build 10 times faster, all the fun folks are having with Corona, the 20,000+ games built with Corona, yada yada yada…

And if we have time, maybe I’ll sneak in a preview or two of stuff we’ve got cooking in the lab!

  1. I’m interested in the new things πŸ™‚ maybe Mac App Store and Windows 8 support?

    • yay, that would be fantastic! πŸ˜€

    • Considering that CoronaSDK leverages OpenGL and that support for it won’t be on the ARM version of the W8 tablet nor on the WP8 phones, I’m doubtful we’ll see Windows 8 support. Unless you were referring to PC Windows 8. On the PC and Intel based tablet OpenGL is supported.

Native support for BB10 might be interesting.

Windows 8 support will be awesome!!!.

  3. George says:

Cool! Any chance that the talk can be live-streamed or recorded?
