Halloween is right around the corner! Get in the holiday spirit with this week’s App of the Week – Halloween Recreation. Made with Kwik, a 3rd party Photoshop plugin for graphic designers and illustrators, this cross-platform mobile game is filled with interactive, holiday-themed elements for play and discovery.

The neat cartoon-like animations, spooky music and collection of games, makes for a fun seasonal experience. My favorite mode was the pumpkin customization, which allows you to create a pumpkin complete with silly facial features and decorative hats. Once you perfect your creation, you can add the pumpkin to your photo library to store as a keepsake (check out our contest below!). Another fun mode shows two seemingly identical images side-by-side, and challenges you to find the small differences between the pictures.

Halloween Recreation is available as a paid download for the iPad on Apple’s App Store and for an Android device on Google Play.

Tweet a picture of your customized pumpkin to @CoronaLabs by Friday, November 2, and we’ll send one winner a Corona Labs shirt and mug!
