Earlier this month we had a great meetup in San Francisco where we got a sneak peak of Corona SDK’s coming Graphics 2.0 engine. Walter talked about what is coming and showed how you’ll be able to create 3D-like effects without having to worry about the z axis (among other things). We also discussed the new Corona Plugins and other coming developments.

We also had a couple of great demos from Corona developers. Renato Cordeiro gave a talk about Red Beach Games’ experience with game development Corona SDK.

Patrick McLain talked about using Corona to create a Bibs, a tracking app for marathon runners.

Hope you enjoy the videos!
