Many people want to move objects along a curve and the math involved with curves is an advanced topic. Several forum stars jumped into this thread offering advice and tools to help solve this common problem.
While Pablo Picasso made abstract art famous, abstraction in code is a different thing altogether. Also referred to as the “DRY” principle — “Don’t Repeat Yourself” — abstraction is an attempt to reduce the amount of code and data used in a program by eliminating repeated code. This thread jumps into how to implement these concepts in Lua
Corona mega-contributor @roaminggamer usually is the one giving the answers in our forums, to which we are greatly appreciative, but sometimes even he can use your advice. In this thread, he mentions a game that wasn’t performing as well as he hoped and he’s asking the community how to improve it.
